Our Referral Program Policy explains important aspects of our Membership Referral Program. We place great importance on referrals because we trust our customers know what experience deserves to be recommended. We want to make this process as smooth as possible for our members and those who they refer


This Membership Referral Program applies to everyone who refers a new customer to our company. Referral Bonuses will be paid on confirmed booking dates and payment received from referred customer

Policy elements

What is a Membership Referral Bonus?

Kentucky Legacy Tours will give out bonuses to every referrer after the booking is complete and money is received from the new customer. If you know someone who you think would enjoy an excursion out in one of our Limo Vans, feel free to refer them. If we end up booking your referred candidate, you are eligible for a $100 referral bonus

Additional rules for rewards:

  • We guarantee that your bonus will be paid out within 30 days from the date your referral is booked and paid.
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals a Member can make. All bonuses will be paid accordingly.
  • If two or more Members refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral bonus unless otherwise determined and agreed upon by the 2 referring parties.
  • Referrals are eligible for the bonus up to 6 months from the date of the referral as long as the customer is booked and paid.

Note that full-time employees of KLT can refer anyone for a booking for which they are directly responsible.

Vendors, contractors, consultants and former employees are eligible to refer bookings.

Who can be referred?

We have two conditions for referrals who can qualify you our member bonus. They should:

  • Have not been a repeat customer within the last year prior to the referral date (not the booking date)
  • All referrals must be booked and paid for the event prior to the referral bonus being paid

Keep in mind that bonuses may be subject to taxation. Please contact your tax professional for more information.

We also reserve the right to veto certain bonuses if they prove ineffective or inefficient. We’ll communicate any change clearly and timely.
