We get this question a lot: What exactly is a party van or limo van? A party van, also known as a limo van, is like a limo the size of a van that allows you and your friends to party to and from destinations, or party all night in a mobile, club-like atmosphere. We don’t have outrageous markups or large overheads so we’re affordable and able to meet any of your requests!

Yes, alcohol is permitted on the vehicle long as EVERYONE on the van is at least 21 years old. If there is a mixed group of both 21+ and under 21 on board, alcohol is not permitted.

No. It is strictly BYOB. You are welcome to bring whatever beverages you would like onto the van. We supply plenty of Ice for your beverages during your trip.

Sometimes. Anything outside of the 25 mile radius, there may be an additional charge depending on a few different factors: How many hours the van is rented for, what day of the week the van is being rented and a few others…. Please call for details.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited on all party vans and will be subject to a fine and immediate termination of the trip.

No. You can bring whatever number of friends you want, up to 8 or whatever number of passengers is specified for your vehicle. Those numbers are simply to note the capacity. If you bring less friends with you, you’ll just have more room to spread out and enjoy the van, or to move from area to area within the van as you party and live it up!

My partner and I are celebrating an anniversary and we’d like to rent a van just for the two of us to travel around Lexington. Can we rent one for just two people?

Of course you may. Anniversaries are incredible when celebrated on a Kentucky Legacy Tours limo van, whether you’re having an intimate celebration for just the two of you, or whether you bring all your closest friends along to celebrate with you!

Yes, however our minimum hours vary by season and during events, request a quote or contact us for more information.

Your reservation starts at your scheduled pickup time. This means, unlike other companies, we do not charge for travel time. Your trip ends once the last patron exits the van.

No. However, we do record a parent signature at the time of pick up, and a signature from each minor agreeing to our “Minor and Alcohol Agreement. You may ask for a “host” supplied by Kentucky Legacy Tours for an additional $25/hr. This host will be a trustworthy employee of the company that can act as a liaison between the kids and the driver and assist with supervision and questions regarding features of the van.

A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking in order to reserve the van and lock it in for your event. The card is charged upon booking.

Gratuity of 20% is strongly encouraged for ALL trips, unless a pre-determined gratuity has been determined with your sales agent and included in your total balance.

Payment in Full by Credit Card is REQUIRED to process your reservation.

All Sales are Final. If cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to an event rental balance will be expected to be paid in full. All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your trip we will allow you to use your payments for up to one year from the date of cancellation for another event on a non-Saturday. Prices and hourly minimums are subject to change for future dates should you reschedule.

Overtime charges for services will be billed on the same credit card(s) used for payment. You are given ten minutes grace period and then billed for another full hour.

The client is responsible for all guest damages and items stolen from Kentucky Legacy Tours. For all damages, missing or stolen items the client will be charged for replacement materials at cost plus $75 per hour labor, and any lost revenue during the down time. No shoes are allowed on the seats, walls, countertops or ceiling

Extra charges may be imposed for excessive mess by passengers (this includes excessive trash, beer cans, bottles, etc.) at $750.00. Please help to avoid cleaning charges by removing your trash at the end of your event.

is an automatic $1,000.00 charge per incident, NO EXCEPTIONS and this charge WILL be billed to the credit card on file. Professional cleaning and/or carpet replacement is expensive also.

Smoking in our vehicle(s) will result in: 1st offense: $500 fee, 2nd offense: dismissal from the vehicle with NO REFUND.

The chauffeur’s primary responsibility (in addition to transporting you safely) is to safeguard the vehicle. The vehicle will never be left unattended during your time. Your chauffeur is not allowed to “party” with you. In the sole judgment of the chauffeur, if they determine that the behavior of you or your guests for any reason is out of control, obnoxious, disrespectful, unsafe, illegal or irresponsible, or places lives and property in jeopardy, they can and will terminate the run on the spot. The chauffeur may or may not issue a WARNING before taking this action. If this happens, you will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

no alcoholic beverages are served by Kentucky Legacy Tours or its employees. Kentucky Legacy Tours will not be liable for passengers who have consumed alcohol prior to, on board, or after the trip is completed.

will refuse to transport anyone in possession of a weapon or illegal substance. Authorities will be contacted. Possession or use of illegal drugs by anyone in the vehicle is prohibited.

Make sure you have left nothing in the vehicle at the end of the run. This is your responsibility and we will accept absolutely no liability for anything left behind, lost, missing or damaged. If you do leave something in the vehicle we will be glad to return it at our convenience for a travel fee.

All entertainment including cds, dvds, MP3’s are to be provided by the client.

The person making the reservation is responsible for making arrangements so that no one in your party is put in a position of driving under the influence.
